Mummy & Me Classes are a perfect way for you to get fit and socialise with other mums and mommas to be!
Bring your baby along and they get to socialise as well.
At Mummy & Me Fitness we tailor the classes to suit who we have in front of us, pregnancy or postnatal… And if baby wants to join in too they can.
We make the classes child friendly by involving them where it’s safe to do so.
Here at Mummy & Me Classes we exercise to honour and celebrate what are bodies can do and have done for us.
We respect, care and nurture our bodies through specific exercises that build a solid strong core, aid postpartum recovery & prepare for birth.

Over the 6 weeks we will cover a range of different exercises, movement, breath work & stretching that are all safe, effective and fun.

WHERE DO THE CLASSES RUN AND WHEN?
Classes run from a lovely, friendly studio in Beverley venue is situated at St Nics Hall,148 Holmechurch Lane, Beverley, HU17 0PY. Free on street parking available. Beverley classes run every Friday morning at 930am.
BRING YOUR BABY ALONG – babies are welcome at Mummy & Me Fitness and meet new like minded pregnant women and mums. This takes away one of the many common barriers parents have… childcare!
Or if that’s not for you and you would prefer a health & fitness programme you can do from home instead, register for a Mummy & Me Online Fitness.
FITNESS & NUTRITION – Along with our group personal training, and LIVE Online classes, we provide sustainable fitness and nutritional support – every mummy we train has access to the help they require.
LIKE-MINDED MUMS – After the session, grab a drink and catch up with friends for some YOU time in the HUB cafe.
