Why I Love What I Do!
I love to educate and inspire women to enjoy safe and appropriate exercise so they can feel their physical and emotional best during and after pregnancy.
Being healthy to me means using exercise as an amazing way to connect to our bodies rather than a just a tool to change it. I can help you using my online coaching r group personal training, including virtual group fitness classes. After your initial consultation we will find out what package is best for you.
I am a successful certified and experienced Pregnancy and Postnatal Trainer, helping women from all over the country during any stage pre/post and during pregnancy.
My combined experience of being a mummy to 1 young child and over 5 years experience working as Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer all inspired me to create my pre & postnatal programs called Mummy & Me.
My goal is to help you be the happiest, most amazing version of yourself, inside and out. By providing researched and evidence based solutions, that I have personally used before, during and after my own pregnancy and have shared with other women.
Why? Because a happy mummy = a happy baby.
Instead of giving you set workouts and meal plans, I educate you on fitness, mindfulness, how your body works and nutrition. This is a flexible program, working into your daily life. You gradually become your own expert with your own knowledge that you can use every day. You will develop a healthy happy relationship with food and exercise resulting in you feeling happy with your body.
